Ceist:

20 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Health whether he has had sight of the report into the Western Health Board's involvement with the late Kelly Fitzgerald and her family which was stated in his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 85 of 11 October 1995 to be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Limerick East): The Deputy may have misinterpreted my reply to the parliamentary question concerned. What I actually said was that the inquiry team had completed its deliberations and that its report was being finalised. I understand from the Western Health Board that this is still the position. To date, I have not seen the report.
