91 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the consultants who were appointed by his Department since 16 December 1994; if they were appointed following a tendering procedure; if the consultant appointed in each case was the lowest tenderer; and if not, who the lowest tenderer was. [15710/95]
The information requested is set out in the following tabular statement, with the exception of the names of unsuccessful tenderers which it would be inappropriate to provide. In accordance with normal practice, tendering procedure was not used in the case of consultancies where, because of their size and nature, it would not be appropriate to do so.
