I propose to take Questions Nos. 20 and 37 together.
A copy of this document was sent to me for information on 25 October 1995. I understand that the document was submitted to the consultants engaged by me to undertake the Study on Local Government Financing. I do not propose to make any comment on the document while it is being examined by the consultants along with the many other submissions received by them.
