Ceist:

59 Miss Quill asked the Minister for Justice the implications for her Department in terms of legislative reform highlighted by the recent revelations of improper criminal activities of a doctor in Cork; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [16486/95]

The matter referred to by the Deputy is currently under investigation by the Garda. If it becomes apparent that there is need for amendment of the criminal law in this regard, I will not hesitate to act.
