163 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the number of applications for area aid received in each local office of his Department; the number processed in each office so far; and the amounts of money paid out in each county. [16902/95]
In so far as arable aid applications are concerned, the following table shows the number of applications received and processed by my Department, the numbers paid by county and the amount paid by county. Approximately 96 per cent of applications have been paid. The remaining eligible cases will be paid as soon as any outstanding queries on them have been resolved.
