Vol. 458 No. 8

Written Answers. - Petrol Station Grants.

Liam Aylward

Ceist:

115 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment the grants, if any, available from his Department to retailers of petrol stations who must relocate their outlets in order to comply with EU regulations. [17856/95]

Regulations are being drafted in my Department to transpose into Irish Law Directive 94/63/EC on the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions resulting from the storage of petrol and its distribution from terminals to service stations. The Regulations will not contain requirements for the relocation of service stations.
