168 Mr. M. Smith asked the Minister for Defence the permitted strength in the FCA, by command, for the rank of commandant, captain and lieutenant; and the strength of each rank on 1 September 1995, outlining separately officers profited to captain on fixed term promotion, now supernumerary to establishment. Discussions are ongoing with the Reserve Defence Force Representative Association regarding the introduction of a revised Performance Appraisal Report Form for FCA-Slua Muírí officers.
