I am currently finalising the details of the 1996 Capital Programme.
I am sure that the Deputy can appreciate that, as yet, final decisions in relation to the amount of capital funding which will be made available in any particular area have not been made.
However, projects in County Monaghan as with all building projects within my Department will be considered for inclusion in the 1996 capital programme having due regard to their priority and current status.
