104 Mr. M. Smith asked the Minister for Education if plans for the community college in Roscrea, County Tipperary, have been completed; and, if so, if she will provide capital funds in 1996 to commence the building of this college. [19062/95]
The proposed building project at Roscrea community college has reached stage III of architectural planning — developed sketch scheme.
At this stage of planning the question of allocating funds does not arise. However, when the planning process has been completed, the question of allowing the project to proceed to tender will be considered.
