Written Answers. - Staffing for Decommissioning Body.
The International Body is chaired by Senator George Mitchell of the United States and its other members are Mr. Harri Holkeri, the former Finnish Prime Minister and General John de Chastelain, the Canadian Chief of Defence Staff.
While the staffing arrangements for the body have not been finalised yet, the intention is that the staff and aides employed by the body will be drawn from the Public Services of the three Members' home countries.
No official of either Government will serve on the body's staff.
