301 Mr. S. Brennan asked the Minister for the Environment when he will approve the Sandyford, County Dublin, high level water supply scheme; if his attention has been drawn to the high level of development in that area which has created enormous difficulties in adequate pressure being maintained; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
