309 Mr. Andrews asked the Minister for Education the names and addresses of sporting and recreational organisations in the Dublin city and county area who have received grant assistance; and the amount received from 1 January 1995 to date in 1996. [1280/96]
The information requested by the Deputy is in the form of a tabular statement which I propose to circulate in the Official Report. Payment of grants allocated under the sports capital schemes is made on the basis of consultants certificates as construction work proceeds and when the grantee organisations have submitted the necessary documentation to comply with the terms and conditions of the schemes. It is expected that a substantial amount of the grant allocations on the attached list will be paid in 1996.
