567 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick under the 1995 milk restructuring scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1414/96]

An application for subsidy in relation to milk quota purchased under the 1995 restructuring scheme by the person named is being examined in order to determine eligibility. Payments to all eligible applicants within the person's co-operative will issue shortly.
