I am informed by the registrar of titles that this dealing concerns an application to convert "Title Possessory" to "Title Absolute", which was lodged in the Land Registry on 28 March 1995. In view of the nature of the case, a full investigation of title has to be made and consequently, it is not possible to forecast when completion will take place. However, I can inform the Deputy that this dealing is being expedited.
