Ceist:120 Mr. Leonard asked the Minister for the Environment the percentage increase in funding for 1996 for non-national roads in the six Border counties namely Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Louth, Monaghan and Sligo who qualify for INTERREG and the EU Programme for Peace and Reconciliation funding; and the percentage increase for each of the remaining counties south of the Border.
