Ceist:

39 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education if she will grant approval for an extension at Scoil Mhuire, Abbeyside, Dungarvan, County Waterford, in view of the considerable accommodation difficulties being experienced by the school and in view of the fact that a temporary prefabricated building supplied in 1968 continues to be used for classroom accommodation; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I included Scoil Mhuire, Abbeyside, Dungarvan, in the projects approved for the 1995 building programme. The accommodation brief has recently been settled and the project is now proceeding to design stage.

The timing of the tender process and placing of a contract will be made when the contract documentation is available.
