Written Answers. - Juvenile Justice Bill.
Last December the Government authorised the drafting of a Bill which will repeal the remaining provisions of the Children Act, 1908, and replace it with modern, comprehensive legislation which will deal primarily with juvenile justice matters.
The Bill is now being drafted but because of its size it is difficult to be precise about a publication date. It is hoped to publish it well before the summer recess.
