42 Mr. D. McDowell asked the Minister for Finance the terms of reference of the task force to promote development of the Dublin docklands; and if he will confirm that the remit of the task force covers the north and south quays. [4574/96]
The terms of reference for the task force are to report on the arrangements which should be made to develop an overall master plan for the docklands area and the appropriate implementation and co-ordination arrangements. The quay areas which are included for consideration stretch from Butt Bridge to the East Link Bridge on the northside and to the South Wall on the southside.
