236 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the status of an application for subsidy under the milk restructuring scheme for young farmers for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; when this subsidy will be paid; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application for subsidy in relation to milk quota purchased under the 1995 restructuring scheme by the person named, who is a new entrant to milk production, is currently being examined in order to determine eligibility. A final decision on the eligibility of the person named will be made as soon as my Department can establish whether all of the criteria set for new entrants under the milk quota restructuring scheme have been met.
