Ceist:127 Mr. T. Kitt asked the Minister for Health if he will ensure that the dental and orthodontic treatment provided up to the end of 1995 at Surgery D in the Ballinteer Health Centre, Dublin 16 is re-established. [6366/96]

Limerick East): The provision of dental and orthodontic treatment in the Ballinteer area is the statutory responsibility of the Eastern Health Board. I understand from the board that the dental and orthodontic services in the Ballinteer area have been reorganised in order to ensure equal access by all eligible persons to these services and it will be a matter for the board to determine the level of service available in the Ballinteer Health Centre arising from this reorganisation.
