238 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Education the cost of the facilities provided for the regional sports centres at Sligo and Galway; and the estimated cost of facilities to be provided in the regional sports centres at Waterford and Cork. [6183/96]
The cost to my Department by way of grant-aid under the sports capital programme for the provision of facilities for the regional sports centres at Sligo and Galway was £1.5 million and £1.95 million respectively. The projected cost to my Department by way of grant-aid in respect of facilities to be provided at the regional sports centres at Cork and Waterford is £2.5 million and £1.15 million respectively.
