Vol. 463 No. 3

Written Answers. - Sheelagh (Dundalk) National School.

Seamus Kirk

Ceist:

273 Mr. Kirk asked the Minister for Education the current position regarding the proposed building/renovation programme for Sheelagh national school, Scoil Bhride, Hackballscross, Dundalk, County Louth; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [6603/96]

My Department has received an estimate for the cost of the proposed improvement works at Sheelagh national school. The funds available this year for improvement works are fully committed and it is not possible to provide grant-aid towards the cost of this project. The project will again be considered in the context of future capital allocations.
