428 Miss Coughlan asked the Minister for the Marine whether the slipway is included in the proposed upgrading of harbour facilities at Killybegs, County Donegal, under the Fishery Harbour Capital Programme, 1996; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6083/96]

I am currently considering proposals for the specific priority capital works to be undertaken this year at Killybegs and will announce my decision shortly.
