Ceist:68 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Finance if he will have arrangements made to have a refund of tax paid to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim which is being dealt with in the Castlebar office, County Mayo. [6058/96]
Written Answers. - Tax Refund.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes has no record of receiving an application from the taxpayer for a refund of tax. Consequently, the inspector has now written to him for the information necessary to deal with his claim. On receipt of same the matter will be dealt with promptly.
