Ceist:57 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Environment the opportunity, if any, he has had to inspect the area of the Broadmeadow Estuary, County Dublin which Fingal County Council proposes to seriously alter by building a motorway bridge; his views of the protected status of the natural environment; his views on whether other proposed routes would be ecologically less damaging; and when he proposes to make a decision on the fate of the estuary.
