219 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for justice if she will have arrangements made to have a Land Registry dealing (details supplied) in County Cork expedited in view of the fact that the applicant requires completion of the transfer for farm grant purposes. [6917/96]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that a query was issued to the applicant's solicitor on 28 March 1996 as insufficient fees were lodged. I am also informed that when the correct fees are lodged, completion will be expedited.
