Written Answers. - Local Authority Housing Stock.
All housing authorities, with the exception of Bundoran Urban District Council, have adopted a statement of policy on the management of their housing stock as required under section 9 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1992. I understand that Bundoran UDC hopes to adopt its statement shortly.
