103 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Education if she has replied to a letter which was sent to her on 21 March 1996 by a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath; when the National Craft Certificate will issue to this person; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [7919/96]
