Ceist:105 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice the further consideration, if any, that has been given to holding a District Court in one of four suitable venues, (details supplied) in County Cork to alleviate the difficulties the holding of this Court in a town is causing; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that many of those persons having to attend the Court in question have to travel at a cost to themselves which they are unable to meet; and when the existing District Court, which is currently undergoing refurbishment works, will be available.
