Written Answers. - Duplicate Land Certificate.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the original land certificate on this folio was issued on 8 February 1988. The Land Registry has no record of a request for the issue of a duplicate land certificate.
If the land certificate has now been lost, and a duplicate is required, an application on affidavit must be lodged together with the appropriate fee.
