Ceist:106 Mr. Connor asked the Minister for Justice if her attention has been drawn to newspaper reports alleging details of the involvement of a member of the Garda in a serious assault on a private citizen in Canningstown, County Cavan, approximately two years ago; and the plans, if any, she has to seek a report from the Garda Commissioner on the alleged incident.
