90 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Health whether he will approve an Eastern Health Board proposal under a section 83 notice to allow as agreed by the board the transfer of lands (details supplied) in the Dublin 15 area for community use. [8630/96]
, Limerick East): I am not in a position to make a decision on the proposal by the Eastern Health Board. Additional information was sought by my Department and this has now been supplied by the board. The response by the board is currently under consideration in my Department.
