160 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for the Environment the level of monitoring that is taking place regarding factory emissions (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10158/96]

I understand from the local authority that no activity of any description is currently being carried out at the premises concerned. The need for monitoring of emissions does not therefore arise.
