Ceist:9 Mr. Power asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when he will implement the provisions of the Farmers' Charter in relation to afternoon opening of local farm offices. [10624/96]

From 1 November 1995 to 1 April 1996 all offices were open in the afternoon.
Due to industrial action by members of the Civil and Public Service Union, from 2 April onwards afternoon opening was restricted.
Following the resolution of the dispute on 20 May, offices are again open in the afternoon.
