Distribution of the new eartags and accompanying documentation to herdowners commenced in mid-March. Initial deliveries were concentrated on the largest herds, the dairy herds and herds in the southern counties. I am glad to say that the planned schedule of deliveries for all counties, including the Border counties, will be completed this week.
