Ceist:170 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite two dealings in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of the fact that these dealings have been with her Department since June 1995 and payment of an agricultural grant is being upheld pending their completion.
