205 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for Education the progress, if any, that has been made in processing tenders for the construction of a new national school (details supplied) County Cavan; whether a tender has been approved in respect of this project; when building work will commence; and if she will make a statement on the matter. A building contractor has been appointed for the construction of a new national school at Killygarry, County Cavan. The contractor has been asked to provide a contract guarantee bond and insurance policies. When these documents are received, the contract can be signed and works will commence shortly thereafter.
