Ceist:71 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht when the Boyne Valley Heritage Centre will be completed and open to the public in view of the fact that this centre is intended to deflect tourist traffic away from the Newgrange site, County Meath, into an integrated audio visual heritage presentation which also includes other aspects of local culture and heritage; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
