Ceist:70 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if he will give details of the precise arrangement that the Eastern Health Board has with the owner of premises (details supplied) in Dublin 3; if the use of this premises by the health board is in keeping with its status as a single family dwelling; if he will ensure that the Eastern Health Board uses bona fide bed and breakfasts for short-term emergency accommodation and not properties whose non-resident owners are in breach of planning regulations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
