Treacy asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a project (details supplied) in County Galway has not been sanctioned by him, in spite of the fact that it has a priority rating since 1995; the date on which a positive recommendation was received from officials in his Department regarding this project; if he intends to sanction this project; if so, when; the amount of grant aid to be made available in respect of this project in 1996; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
