95 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Social Welfare the total number of social welfare recipients with an address or living in the Dublin area; the comparative figure for each of the years 1965 and 1975; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13123/96]
The information requested by the Deputy is set out in the attached tabular statement in relation to the main schemes operated by my Department in 1995. Equivalent information relating to 1965 and 1975 is not available as data was not then compiled on a geographical basis.
