I propose to take Questions Nos. 137 and 153 together.
Stage II proposals in respect of a new library in Dungarvan were received by my Department on 11 June 1996. Having regard to the high level of demand for funding for library proposals generally, I cannot say when it may be possible to give a decision on the Dungarvan proposals.
