Written Answers. - FCA Reorganisation Plans.
The first phase of the plan for the reorganisation and restructuring of the Defence Forces is under way. It is expected that it will take approximately three years to complete this phase of the plan.
The emphasis in the first phase is on the structure and organisation of the Permanent Defence Force. The Reserve Defence Force, including An Fórsa Cosanta Áitiúil, will be the subject of a detailed examination in a later phase of the plan.
