The national lottery surplus transferred into national lottery fund each year was as follows:

The percentage allocations to the major beneficiary categories in each year in the period 1987-95 are as shown on the following table. Information showing actual expenditure under each heading against the approved allocation is contained in the Appropriation Accounts of the Departments concerned for each year up to 1994. The 1995 Appropriation Accounts will be available in the autumn of this year.
