42 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for the Marine whether there has been a noticeable increase in seabed levels in Dublin Bay, particularly in proximity to the causeway at Bull Island; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14364/96]
I am not aware of any increase in seabed levels in Dublin Bay.
Dublin Corporation commissioned consultants to carry out a study on siltation levels at the causeway at Bull Island. I understand that the report of that study was presented to the city councillors on Thursday last. I look forward to receiving a copy of this report and any proposals which the corporation may wish to make.
