170 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason the herd belonging to a person (details supplied) in County Cork has been locked up in spite of the fact that these animals were given a clear test very recently. [14809/96]

I understand that the herd of the person in question was tested for TB on 28 June last. The test was clear and 13 new cattle identity cards and 11 updated cattle identity cards were forwarded to him on 3 July.
