I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in paragraph (1) (i) of the orders of reference of the Select Committee on Enterprise and Economic Strategy and the Select Committee on Finance and General Affairs, and the Order of the Dáil of 11th May, 1993, the Supplementary Estimates for Public Services (Vote 18 (Transport, Energy and Communications) and (Vote 32 (Flood Relief) for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of December, 1996, in respect of which leave to introduce is given by the Dáil on 4th July, 1996, shall be considered by Dáil Éireann in plenary session in substitution for being considered by the above-mentioned Select Committees.
