The Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Amending Protocol to the Convention of the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (known as EUMETSAT), as recommended by the EUMETSAT Council on 5 June 1991, copies of which have been laid before the Dáil on 26 June 1996."
