179 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Health whether any applications have been made by persons from overseas for healthcare in Ireland or funding for healthcare abroad in relation to the hepatitis C controversy; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15404/96]

Limerick East): I have requested the health boards and the Blood Transfusion Service Board to provide the information requested by the Deputy and I will be in touch with her when this information becomes available.
