Written Answers. - RSI and Superannuation Refund.
The entitlement of an employee of a health board to have his/her superannuation contributions refunded is a matter for determination by the health board concerned in accordance with the relevant legislation. Likewise, the question of an RSI refund is a matter for the Revenue Commissioners. I have no function in either of these matters.
